Is your work guaranteed? - Yes, we offer a 5 year guarantee. Because of the quality of our work we are happy to offer this. If you are not satisfied in any way, we will come back to repair or fix the issue.

Do you ask for a deposit in advance? - No. We know there are a lot of people out there who are scamming people, and this gives our industry a bad reputation. So we believe by only taking payment once all the work has been completed, we are able to offer you reassurance that we will do the work in a timely manner and to a good standard. After all, if we don't, we don't get paid!

What payment forms do you take? - We are happy to take payment by cash, cheque or credit card, the choice is yours. Our preferred methods are credit card or cheque as these methods offer full traceability and avoids any possible confusion.

We have heard that preparation is the key to a quality drive? - Yes, that's right, there is a minimum depth that is required for a standard drive, a drive for commercial use to park vehicles other than your family car needs digging deeper. In every case we will dig past that minimum depth to ensure your drive lasts and does not sink. After that we fill in with hardcore and this is "whacked" into place with our "whacker" which ensures a solid base. A membrane is laid, then sand, then the blocks. After that we sweep in a special grade of sand that has weed killer in it, again ensuring that weeds do not grow. Of course we cannot help what nature brings to your drive, and seeds can find their way into cracks (thanks to birds and wind).

What work can you do? - We can create beautiful driveways, steps, walls, patios and more. if you have a design in mind, we will be happy to work with you, if you need some assistance and advice, again we will be happy to help. You can choose the blocks,bricks,pavers etc... to complement your home, and design work within  this is a speciality (i.e. we can create a drive with a pattern for you). Just ask!

How long does it take? - This depends of course on how big the job is, but generally a standard drive takes just a few days. We understand that having the entrance to your home, and the place where you park your car dug up is a nuisance, so we take steps to make sure you and your neighbours are inconvenienced as little as possible. The blocks,bricks,pavers are delivered only when they are about to be laid, the team will work long hours every day to get the job done, and they will always be polite and tidy up after them.

If you say yes, we will give you a date we will start the job, and a time we will arrive. Again depending on our workload, this is normally within a week.
